This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is within the newly built Royal Sands Apartments at the end of Marina Esplanade, Ramsgate. Located right opposite the sea and near to Ramsgate's beach it will be the perfect location to your break by the sea.

Offering a home from home setting, this impressively sized modern apartment with stunning views will impress you and your family/friends as soon as you enter. Access is from the ground floor sidewalk, or underground car park via a door code which will be provided to you on the morning of your stay. Then take the lift up to the 2nd floor into the apartment.

As you walk in you will appreciate the bright space on offer. To the left is the large & stylish family bathroom, with a bath/shower, toilet, basin with a mirrored cabinet.
Both bedrooms are further along the hallway. The first has a double bed, shelf unit to store your clothes, desk and chair and a window from where you can get a glimpse of the sea views.

The master bedroom next door the king bed has a modern ensuite with shower, toilet and basin. It also has access to the good size balcony with direct sea views. Plus storage and drawers so your clothes remain wrinkle free!

Clean, fresh bed linen & towels are provided, of course.
If you haven't fallen in love with the apartment so far, wait until you see the open plan kitchen lounge.
First the kitchen. Spacious with all the appliances you would expect including dishwasher, over, hob, mircrowave, fridge/freezer etc... Next to the kitchen is a large dining table that can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.

Facing the sea is the bright living space with a extremely comfy sofa to help relax after a day exploring Ramsgate. It also has a TV and toys/board games in the unit.

Of course the balcony is the centre piece of the apartment with irresistible views of the beach - plenty of space for you to sit and enjoy those breath taking sea views. Morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, it will be a magical experience.

The lounge has blinds to block out the sun if needed.

Don't miss the Pugin and St Augustine Visitor Centre and Shrine, celebrating the first Archbishop of Canterbury - St Augustine who landed at Ebbsfleet in 597AD bringing Christianity back to England.

The apartment is located near to central Ramsgate and all major attractions can be found on foot.
There are several local taxi firms and good bus routes nearby.

The windows and balcony doors all lock from the inside.
