The apartment is located in central Margate, right opposite the main beach, literally you can roll out of bed and be on the beach in under 2 minutes!
Apartment 2 is in a building shared with 6 other apartments. It is located on the 1st floor. Once inside you will be rewarded with incredible and far reaching views of Margate.
Even better, this apartment has 2 private terraces. One at the the front has views of the beach and sea. The rear over looks dreamland. More on those later....

The apartment itself is a large, bright & modern 2 bed apartment. It sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 good size bedrooms and 1 sofa-bed. It has 1 family bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet & a basin and 1 en-suite off the main bedroom, containing a bath and separate shower, 2 basins and toilet.

The master bedroom has a super-king bed. This bedroom also has a large en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a super-king bed too, that sleeps up to 2 guests.
There is also a family bathroom.
Bedrooms are located at the much quieter rear of the property. They are kitted out with a wardrobe, drawers and a desk/dressing table.
The open-plan living room & kitchen is the jewel in the crown. 2 large doors leading to the front balcony reveals the magnificent views of the beach and sea. Gaze out onto the ocean, watch the beachgoers and lap up the atmosphere of a typical English seaside resort.
A dining table and 4 chairs make this the perfect place to sit and relax after a fun day exploring Margate. Oh did I mention the sunset? In the spring/summer/autumn months you can watch the sun setting across the sea - simply stunning!
There is also a smart TV in the lounge, so you can to log into your Netflix accounts etc...

• Inside, the living area is designed as an open concept space; successfully combining the comfy living room, cosy dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The terrace doors allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day create a feeling of coastal tranquillity.

• The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances that you could desire from a home away from home including a Tassimo machine (we do not provide the pods), integrated fridge-freezer, combination oven/hob, kettle, toaster & microwave. Plus an all important dishwasher! You will be able to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with whoever is fortunate enough to accompany you with ease.

The rear terrace can be accessed from both bedrooms. There is a large outdoor dining table and 4 chairs. The view is of Dreamland funfair. This area is a sun trap.

Access is at the front of the building only - we are located at 26-27 Marine Terrace, opposite Margate Main Sands.
On the morning of your stay you will receive 1 door code that will let you through the front door and your apartment.
Access is via a key-box which is located outside your apartment door.
You will have sole use of your apartment.
The team at SoHot Stays will be available if you have any issues or queries.

Marine Terrace is a bustling area of Margate, right opposite the main beach near to the arcades. We are also next door to the Wetherspoon pub and lots of ice cream parlours and shops.
During peak times this area can get busy.

The apartment is centrally located so you can explore Margate on foot. If you need to call a taxi you can search for central cars, Margate.
We are located near to the train station, less than 5 minute walk.
Parking is at the nearby Dreamland car park or free on street parking is available from Tivoli Park Avenue, about an 8 minute walk away. Mill Lane Car Park is also nearby.

Parking is available from the near-by Dreamland car park - we have no on-site parking. You can also park in Mill Land car park or the nearest free parking is on Tivoli Park Avenue.

Margate is a lively town and our apartments are located across from the main beach and near to the arcades. During the summer months street noise is to be expected. The bedrooms are at the rear of the property, where it is much quieter.
This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. 1 or 2 additional guests are permitted to stay for a small fee. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge. Bedding/towels are provided.
This apartment has private access to both front and rear terraces.
